Set Up the Dropbox Connector

The Dropbox Connector allows you to ingest files and folders from your Dropbox storage space directly into your Airia project.

Prerequisites

A Dropbox account (or a Google/Apple account linked to Dropbox) with access to the files and folders you wish to ingest.

Select Dropbox Data Source Navigate to the Data Sources section of your project. Click Add data source and select Dropbox from the available library.
Authenticate Your Account Provide your username and password for your Dropbox account to authenticate the connection. You can also authenticate using a linked Google or Apple account. This enables the connector to access and sync your data.
Select Folders for Ingestion Click Next, then browse and select the folders you want to ingest. You can select and deselect individual folders and subfolders.
💡 Tip: Selecting a folder will sync everything underneath that folder, including files, subfolders, and their content. Only supported file types will be synced. Reprocessing the data source will automatically sync newly added content, update modified content, and delete removed items within the selected folder. 💡 Note: To edit your folder selection, go to the data source and click Edit. You may may need to reauthenticate. Then click Next to make your new selections. If you reauthenticate with new user credentials, the file selector will not show previous selections, and you will need to reselect all desired items.
Monitor Ingestion Status Once you click Done, the page will refresh to display the file count. You can view the current ingestion status by clicking on the data source again. You can easily browse ingested folders and files within the data source view.

After your data has been successfully ingested, the Dropbox data source is ready to be used with an Agent.
