# MCP Self Service

Your Integrations is where you connect the apps your admin has made available to you, and choose which ones your AI tools can use, without waiting on an admin to do it for you. Find it at **[https://airia.ai/gateway/mcp-self-service](https://airia.ai/gateway/mcp-self-service)**.

## Why It Exists

Your admin decides which MCP servers your organization can use, but everyday decisions like "turn this on for me" or "let me connect my own account" shouldn't require a support ticket. Your Integrations puts those decisions in your hands: your admin still controls the overall catalog, but you control your own connections and preferences within it.

## Apps Assigned to You vs. Optional

Your catalog is split into two sections:

| Section                  | What It Means                                                                                             |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Apps Assigned to You** | Apps your admin has already rolled out organization-wide. These are ready to use, or close to it. |
| **Optional** | Everything else your admin has made available. You can turn these on for yourself whenever you need them. |

## Integration Status

Every app shows a status that tells you exactly what to do next:

| Status             | Meaning                                                                                               |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **On** | Connected and currently available to your AI assistants. |
| **Off** | Connected, but switched off for now. Your credentials stay in place, so switching back on is instant. |
| **Connect to use** | Your organization already has this app configured. You just need to sign in with your own account. |
| **Needs setup** | Nobody in your organization has configured this app yet. You'll need to provide your own credentials. |
| **Unavailable** | Your admin has disabled this app for your organization. |

## Turning an App On or Off

For apps that are already connected, flip the toggle on the card, or inside its detail panel, to switch it on or off. Turning an app on exposes its tools to your AI assistants; turning it off hides those tools again without disconnecting your account.

## Connecting an App

Click any app's card to open its detail panel, which walks you through two steps:

1. **Connect** with the app. If your organization already has it configured, this is a quick sign-in. If not, you'll be asked to bring your own credentials, for example an API key or an OAuth client for that app.
2. **Turn on for your AI tools** once you're connected, so its tools become available.

<Tip>
  Before you sign in to an app, Airia shows you the exact permissions it's requesting, so you always know what access you're granting.
</Tip>

## Viewing an App's Tools

Once an app is connected, its detail panel lists the tools it exposes to your AI assistants, each with a short description of what it does. It's a quick way to see what an app can actually do before deciding whether to turn it on.

## Reconnecting a Broken Connection

If a credential expires, gets revoked, or was never fully finished, Airia can send you straight to this page with the affected app already open and a message explaining what needs your attention. From there you can reconnect in a click. If you'd rather look at everything else first, use **Browse all integrations** to leave that focused view.

See [Credential Recovery](/mcps/end-user-usage/credential-recovery) for more detail on this flow.

## Finding a Specific App

Use the search bar to look up an app by name, provider, or category. You can also narrow the list using the status tabs (**All**, **On**, **Off**, **Needs setup**), or by category if your catalog spans more than one.

## Availability

Your Integrations is available to any authenticated user; there's no separate permission to request. What you see there always reflects your admin's current catalog, so an app added, removed, or disabled under [Server Management](/mcps/admin-controls/server-management) shows up here immediately.
